The Big Rip Classic's continued success is primarily due to the team that supports this event. Staff members sacrifice long hours, time off work, and their ability to play in the tournament to help make this event special.

Michel Munn

Tournament Director

Michel has been the Tournament Director of the Big Rip Classic since its inaugural year in 2016. He has also served as the Director of Operations each year for the Ledgestone Open since 2017, PDGA Pro Worlds in 2019,  PDGA Junior/Master Worlds in 2022, 2023 Jr/Am Worlds, & a lead staff member for 2024 PDGA Pro Worlds. Michel is a former President of the local Hattiesburg Disc Golf Association, served on the Board of Directors for the Southern National Disc Golf Series, and is the former PDGA State Coordinator for Mississippi.
