Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) Oct 11, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between Oct 12th and Oct 29th, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% cash refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 30th and Nov 4th, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after Nov 4th, 2024 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack. Tee times and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule.
